Pedestrian access and possibly 4wd access is available to a cleared and level lawn area measuring
approximately 6-10m width adjacent to the dwellings on the ridge top. No pedestrian and vehicle
access is available from the south end care of recent landscaping within Lot No 755 which extends
the ridge crest margin. There is no formal access trail, vehicular or pedestrian, through the alluvial
terrace component of Area 3. The vegetation is not currently irrigated.

2.3.2    Topography
Area 3 exhibits generally uniform topography comprised of a simple sedimentary escarpment which
reaches a topographic high of approximately 15m AHD on the northern escarpment margin and a
topographic low of approximately 2-3m AHD on its southern and western toe. Slopes are level
adjacent to Lake Weyba and range from 5-10 degrees in the east to 15-20 degrees in the centre and
