   Revised engineering plans addressing lot access, road construction and reduced
     earthworks;
   Revised vegetation clearing plan;
   Acoustic report addressing the impacts of plant associated with Noosa Civic on future
     residential development of lot 17, 18, 19 and 21; and
   An amended deed of variation to the current Infrastructure Agreement
