On behalf of our clients Richard and Samantha Downs we wish to submit a Generally In Accordance request for review of some minor changes to the proposed new jetty (Construction Issue ‘C3’) at 16 Seamount Quay, Noosaville.

The proposed reduction in the jetty area does not require any further assessment or changes to conditions other than updating the approved plans.

 

In this instance a Generally in Accordance request is appropriate and can be requested through an email..  The fee for a GIA under the Fees and Charges 2025-26 is $793 .

RE: 16 Seamount Quay Jetty MCU25/0098 & OPW25/0147

 

The owners of for this jetty which was approved last September encountered higher quotes than their budget allowed for and requested Long View to revise the jetty to a simplified single straight finger jetty (revision attached).  

 

Can you please confirm that this requires submission of a change approval (and is it a Form 5)?   Thanks.
