Performance Bond
Security in the form of a cash bond or trading bank guarantee to the sum of $1,500 must be submitted to Council, to secure performance of all conditions of this approval, prior to the issue of a Development Permit for Building Works. The cash bond or trading bank guarantee will be returned on performance of the conditions of approval less any costs incurred by Council in respect of enforcing performance of this permit. Council reserves the right to call upon the bond or guaranteed sum to effect compliance with conditions.
Landscaping
A minimum of 20% of the site must be retained as soft landscaping
A one-metre-wide landscape strip must be provided adjacent to the front boundary and include at least 2 trees/shrubs that grow to at least 3 metres in height. The species must be in accordance with Planning Scheme Policy 2 Landscaping.
Sunset Clause for Referral Agency Response
This Concurrence Agency response is no longer valid if works have not commenced within 4 years of the date of this notice, unless otherwise extended in writing by Council.
Carparking
A maximum of two uncovered car parking spaces are to be provided within the front setback.
