  permit referenced MCU20/0007 for additional required tree clearing.


  Proposal:

  Please see attached amended site plan reflecting additional required tree clearing.

  The clearing is required due to conflict with buildings and root disturbance and for the location of
  the approved effluent disposal treatment system.
