The model set-up for the post-development scenario is shown in Figure 3, below. The model structure
has 14 subareas. The runoff hydrographs from the various subareas are conceptually lumped together
before passing through a single conceptual detention volume, which is an acceptable simplification for
this preliminary assessment. The total volume will then be apportioned between the two proposed
detention volumes as described at the end of Section 4.3 of this report.

The corresponding coding of the Urbs catchment file for this post-development scenario can be seen in
Appendix C hereto.
