Type D dwellings


Type D dwellings are within the same building as type C dwellings but on the lower ground level with
stair access from carparking from the upper ground floor. These dwellings are not NDIS compliant
but provide for an inclusionary development being suitable for the those not in need for a dwelling to
be fully accessible. These dwellings are generally at Myall Street level with pedestrian access directly
to the street. A generous 6m landscaped setback is provided to this frontage.

with the application.
