Dear Noosa Council,

We would like to add our names to the list of people in support of the Noosa Civic expansion.

We shifted into the area approx. 18 months ago and have become alarmed at the lack of shopping facilities here, particularly furniture, soft furnishings but also concerning all sorts of other everyday items. We regularly travel to Maroochydore to overcome at least some of these problems and the rest of the time we simply find ourselves doing without. We really feel sufficiently desperate about it that we have discussed moving to Mooloolaba, especially as the area is expanding and has many more shopping facilities already. Without any forward planning for better facilities, we feel that Noosa will slowly die as other areas move ahead.

Thank you.

Heather and Basil Burmeister
