I refer to the abovementioned development currently in the Decision Notice stage with Council.

On behalf of the applicant, Fastwin Investments Pty Ltd, and in accordance with section 22.1 of the DA Rules,
we hereby request to extend the Decision Period by ten (10) business days to the 14 April 2023. The request is
to enable time to address issues raised by Council during the Decision Period.
