    I (We), the undersigned make the following submission:

'-                I support the application in particular the elements relating to the Service Station, Shop, and Cafe. The
~                 Shop and Cafe are such a minor part of the overall development 1 believe that their use is ancillary as
I~--- the Noosa Plan describes.
I                 All of these uses are very much needed within the Industrial estate particularly the cafe as the lionel                                           !
I                  Donovan Drive area has no opportunity to easily get morning teas and lunches when at work. Noosa
                   Civi~ is not an option as it is not convenient, mus~ be accessed by car and is not suited for walking due
                  to distance.
