               x Type 4 conventional units), in respect of land situated at 215 David Low
               Way, Peregian Beach, formerly described as Lot 77 on SP 231615 (now Lot 1
               on SP286680) (“the Development Application")

               AND UPON the Court being satisfied that the changes to the Development
               Application considered by the Court on 29 May 2018, 18 October 2018 and
               21 June 2019 are minor changes for the purpose of section 46(3) of the
               Planning and Environment Court Act 2016

               AND UPON HEARING the Solicitor for the Appellant,           Counsel  for the
               Respondent and Counsel for the Co-Respondent by Election

               IT IS ORDERED THAT:

               1.    The appeal is allowed.

               2.    The Development Application is approved subject to the conditions in
                     the development approval package attached hereto as “Annexure A”
                     pages 1 to 43.

               3.    Each party bear its own costs of the appeal.
