4.           Results of Investigation
4.1          Site Description
The site is described as Lot 3 on RP171041, covers an area of about 20.84 ha, with access to Hoy Road
along the northern boundary. At the time of the investigation several agricultural sheds were situated in
the north-western part of the site. Surrounding properties generally comprised smaller sized rural
residential allotments. A 2025 aerial image of the site and surrounds is provided in Text Figure 3 below.
