Subject: Application No: MCU 16/0044 & REC 16/0009 - Comments from L & A McHugh From: Leeton McHugh Date: 2016-06-29T22:42:45+00:00 To: Mailbox Council Mail 30th June 2016 Noosa Shire Council PO Box 141 Tewantin Qld 4565 Application No: MCU 16/0044 & REC 16/0009 Re: Comments to the proposed development at 253-255 David Low Way & 5-7 Rufous Street, Peregian Beach To: Assessment Manager Thank you for providing my wife and I the opportunity to submit comments to the proposed development at 253-255 David Low Way & 5-7 Rufous Street, Peregian Beach. This has been correctly noted as land that adjoins our property at 245 David Low Way, Peregian Beach. We would like to submit the following comments to you for response, furthermore we would be happy to engage in further dialogue with the appropriate stakeholders to produce a mutually acceptable outcome should the development be approved. 1. We request preserving foot traffic access from the southwest corner of our property boundary at 245 David Low Way to the service road (easement) located between the tennis club and the proposed development at 253-255 David Low Way & 5-7 Rufous Street. 2. Consultation is requested prior to building of any boundary structure between the adjoining lands. An opportunity presents itself to potentially share costs in the construction of any such structure along this boundary. 3. We have viewed the existing draft plans of the development, however we do not understand what the detailed plans are for the land directly adjoining our boundary. Can this please be provided to us? In addition we would like to be provided an opportunity to be consulted on this point prior to final plan approval. For future correspondence please use the contact details provided below and we look forward to receiving your response. Sincerely Abby and Leeton McHugh M: 0422 232 319 E: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>
