Planning History

A development permit for a Material Change of Use for Type 1: Office & Commercial Business and
Type 2: Medical was approved by Noosa Shire Council on 18 August 2022 (Council Ref:
MCU22/0038). The proposal is now complete and operational as a two-storey building with at
grade and basement parking.

A subsequent minor change was lodged to relocate 93m² of approved GFA from the ground floor
to basement level 02 for the purpose of specialised medical treatment. Approval for this change
was issued on 29 November 2022 (Council Ref: MCU22/0038.01).

The most recent minor change was lodged to remove two (2) parking spaces to accommodate
the relocation of fire pumps within Basement 1 and approved on 4 December 2024 (Council Ref:
MCU22/0038.02). This change resulted in an amendment to Condition 2 (Approved Plans) and
Condition 43 Reduction of parking spaces from the originally approved 96 to 94 car parking
spaces).
