4.3 TRADE AREA POPULATION
This section provides details of key features of the Trade Area’s existing and forecast residential population.


4.3.1 POPULATION AND GROWTH
The current Trade Area population is approximately 7,731 persons (2011 Census). The total Trade Area is
expected to experience moderate growth into the future, growing by 4,597 persons, to a population of 12,328
persons by 2031 (medium series forecast) [Table 1].
