Please see below response to the items requested by Council on 23 December 2022.

  RFI ITEM:
  The proposed jetty is not in accordance with the relevant sections of the Noosa Plan 2020 –
  Waterways Works Code (PO1 and PO13). The proposal includes a 3m x 3m platform, bollard
  lighting and does not include a handrail.


  1. Provide amended plans that are in accordance with the Waterways Works Code or
  alternatively provide sufficient justification that demonstrates that the proposed works
  achieve the performance outcomes
  Response:
  Please refer to the amended plans, Form 15 and supporting correspondence from Lindsay
  Consulting Pty Ltd.
  The land anchor detail shown on drawing number 22-0632-F4 appears to be a generic design
  and does not appear to be site specific. It is noted that the original revetment wall was a
  concrete wall that straddled the boundary and the top was approximately RL1.0 AHD.


  2. Provide an amended plan of the land anchor that indicates the existing revetment wall.
  Response:
  Please refer to the amended plans, Form 15 and supporting correspondence from Lindsay
  Consulting Pty Ltd.
  The design has been amended to no longer require a land anchor.

All the information requested by Council has now been supplied in accordance with the Planning Act
2016 and DA Rules – Part 3. It is now requested that Council continue to assess this application.
