Serenity Close to the north and west, a 4 metre wide public Pathway to the southwest and
Lot 605 on SP 195871 to the southeast, which is a designated Reserve for the purpose of
“Park and Drainage”, with Noosa Council as the Trustee.
The highest part of the site is at the corner of Banksia Avenue North and Serenity Close,
which is 22 metres AHD. The lowest part of the site is at the southernmost point of the
property near the cul-de-sac of Serenity Close, which is 9 metres AHD.
The total site area is 2.404 hectares and is mostly zoned as Tourist Accommodation under
the Noosa Plan 2020, with smaller parts of the sites that adjoin a Reserve zoned as
Environmental Management and Conservation. It is proposed that Lots 10 and 11 on SP
195871 will be amalgamated to become one title.
The majority of properties within close proximity, ie on the opposite side of Serenity Close
to the north and west of the site, are zoned as High Density Residential. A minority of sites
within close proximity, ie on the opposite side of Banksia Avenue North to the east of the
site, are zoned as Medium Density Residential.
