               Applicant’s Request
               The applicant has requested existing condition 2 be amended to reflect the new cabin plans.
               Assessment of Request
               As discussed above, the proposed cabins are of similar design and scale on the same location as
               the approved cabins, Therefore the proposal is considered compliant with the provisions of the
               Noosa Plan 2020
               Recommendation
               It is recommended existing condition 2. be amended to read as follows:
               2.     Development authorised by this approval must be undertaken generally in accordance with
