Further to our discussions, please see below the quote from Hydrology & Water for the external review of the flood study.
Please reply to this email agreeing to engage Hydrology & Water Consultants in accordance with Clause 1.13 of the 2015/16 Register of Regulatory Fees & Commercial Charges.
This fee/rate will be charged, including re-submissions and must be paid prior to the final determination of the application.

Please also note Council is within the first decision making period and while we will try and finalise a report to the next Council meeting (27 August), we await the flood study comments.
Therefore, Council seeks to extend the decision making period by agreement in accordance with s318 of SPA. Please reply to this email confirming you agree to an extension to the 24 September 2015 (the following Ordinary Meeting date).

Hi Jack,

Here is the updated quote which now allows for review of the 02 report and also some cross-checking of the flood model by Water Technology.


Lump Sum Fee:   $1,880.00 plus gst.


Scope of Work:
*  Undertake a peer review of the flood study report by Water Technology.  A detailed review of the TUFLOW model is not included in this scope however if the model and results are made available then HWMC will utilise these to assist with the review and potentially clarify assumptions etc which are not clear in the reporting.
*  Undertake a peer review of the Stormwater report by 02 in as far as it relates to flooding and water quantity (i.e. focus on Section 5 of the report).
*  Prepare a brief report detailing the findings of our review.  Any potential issues will be identified and recommendations will be provided.

Exclusions:
*  No Allowance for attendance at any meetings is included in this quote however we would be happy to attend meetings for an additional fee.
