Please find enclosed a development application which has been prepared in accordance with the
Planning Act 2016 and lodged with your Council as the Assessment Manager of this application.

The enclosed development application includes:
           1.       Proposal Report
           2.       Proposal Plans;
           3.       Completed DA Form 1

Council fees will be paid electronically upon confirmation of Councils application number of payment link. I
note that in accordance with Councils fee structure a discount of 25% is application due to the use being
located in an existing building.
