• 13.85m run up areas
• Provide 3x5m lockable storage shed
H Redevelop/ reconfigure cricket/ soccer clubhouse and adjacent amenities (within current footprint) Short - Medium

• Include expansion of changing rooms to be compliant with Cricket Australia guidelines for open age
community club facility & Football Qld Statewide Facilities Guidelines for Local Facility with
additional amenities accommodating for increased female participation
• Consider design of all amenities/ change to be shared for cricket, football and gymnastics, including
accessible public toilets
• Provision of seating areas – some undercover (aim for 100-150pax)

• Extend maintenance shed to provide bin enclosure
