Your change application under section 78 of the Planning Act 2016 for the development approval dated
21 December 2020 was made to the State Assessment and Referral Agency (SARA) on 15 June 2022.
Decision for change application
Date of decision: 21 July 2022
Decision details: Make the change and amend existing conditions
The changes agreed to are:
1. To amend conditions 1, 2 and 4 of the referral agency response (SARA reference: reference: 1901-
9327 SRA) to refer to amended approved plans showing:
a. redesign of the front building façade including awning with posts
b. redesign of the streetscape landscaping.
