            RESPONSE
            Cardno advises that the loss rate adopted in its earlier report is considered to be appropriate and
            was verified against a Rational Method calculation.
            However the modelling has been updated with the higher loss rate as requested by Noosa Shire
            Council to demonstrate that a suitable arrangement can be achieved even if Council’s value is
            adopted.
            Please refer to Appendix E – Stormwater Management Plan for the results of the updated
            modelling.
