            (b) includes bushfire hazard mitigation and management actions to address potential bushfire
                intensity levels;
            (c) includes further information about access and egress arrangements from the site in the event
                of a bushfire;
            (d) addresses the proposed management of fuels on the site; and
            (e) includes an updated Bushfire Management Plan which accounts for the proposed
                development and the existing centre, and which is intended to replace the Bushfire
                Management Plan (The Consultancy Bureau, 2004) which was prepared and approved as
                part of the existing Noosa Civic.
