            Piered building techniques and slats are proposed to reduce the impact to the Tree Protection
            Zones and trunks of trees within the path of the pedestrian link (i.e. those trees which are being
            retained and not removed).
            During the operational phase of the development, Covenant J vegetation will be managed in
            accordance with the Covenant Management Plan and Bushfire Management Plan.
