HIGHLIGHTS

Planning began for the next evolution of our digital strategy
to significantly boost this activity and its performance, with
an ‘always on’ approach to ensure Noosa is top of mind for
travellers. A targeting strategy built enquiry and qualified
leads from off-season travellers , and diverse activities,
dining, art and shopping was highlighted with a village
     focus on social media.

With the onset of COVID-19, a
     specific social media and digital
strategy was developed in line with
     best-practice recommendations
     from throughout the tourism industry
with regards to content, timing and
tonality. We used our social media
channels to boost support for local
     businesses that continued to operate
     during this time.
