5. Conclusions
As demonstrated in the above Table 2, the proposed amendment to Condition 1 complies with the
definition of a Minor Change and are consistent with the intent of the original approval.

This report demonstrates that the proposed development is permitted pursuant to the provisions
of the Planning Act 2016 and the Noosa Plan 2020.

The proposed reconfiguration of the shop floor plan results in an improved internal configuration

which:

e Permits an increase in storage, back of house area including food preparation area, bar

area, office, and storage areas.
Approval of the proposed Minor Change is recommended.
