Subject: APPLICATION REF :: MCU17/0550 From: Jeanie Hunter Date: 2018-02-05T06:55:13+00:00 To: Mailbox Council Mail To the Assessment Manager, With reference to the above application proposal, I would like to raise an inquiry / concern in regard to A) What proposals have been forward to manage the expected increase in demand on parking bays during the classes as there is also another business within the complex operating regular classes through out the day ? B) As the leasee of unit 2/ 5 Commerce Court, we would also like to request what proposals have been put forward to manage the safety & mitigate associated risks involved with young children travelling to/from cars to the swim school in & around a busy carpark complex. I am delighted to see a new business opening here at 5 Commerce Court & wish to emphasise that my queries are in NO WAY an objection to the Swim School Proposal. They are however genuine child related safety issues that I would like to be clearly addressed to provide comfort & peace of mind to my own clients & colleagues traveling to/from work at the complex. It is a busy car park & I feel all efforts should be made to establish firm expectations for the safe movement of children attending the Swim school. I look forward to hearing back from you. Kind regards Jeanie Hunter Lipstick Lane Atelier + Showroom 2/5 Commerce Court NOOSVAVILLE
