1.0         PREAMBLE

With reference to the above development application, we hereby provide a response to Council’s Information Request, dated 18 August 2021, within three (3) months of receiving the request pursuant to Section 13.1 of the Development Assessment Rules made under Section 68 of the Planning Act 2016.

2.0         INFORMATION REQUESTED

In response to Item 1 – 4 of Council’s Information Request, please find attached Contour Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd response.

3.0         SUMMARY

In accordance with Section 13.2 of the Development Assessment Rules, we hereby provide Council with a response to all of the information requested and ask that Council proceed with the assessment of the development application.  We trust Council will issue a favourable Development Permit in due course and should Council have any questions with respect to the above, please do not hesitate to contact me direct.
