1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 BACKGROUND This report has been prepared as an important component of the Development and Operational Works Applications. The primary focus is describing the impact of the proposed development on the local and regional stormwater drainage system, particularly from a quality and quantity perspective. 1.2 EXISTING SITE The existing site covers Lot 59 on SP 280852 and will be developed.
