Extension of Information Request Period - Development Permit for Material Change of
Use for Childcare Centre at Noosa Civic, 28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville, on land
described as Lot 4 on SP322201 (Council Ref: MCU22/0094)

We refer to Council’s Information Request, issued to Stockwell Development Group Pty Ltd
(the applicant) on 28 June 2022, requesting further information in relation to the proposed
Material Change of Use for Childcare centre (Council Ref: MCU22/0094).

In accordance with Section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules, and on behalf of
Stockwell Development Group Pty Ltd, we hereby request an extension to the Information
Request period until 28 February 2023.
