Property Situated at: 17 Warana St Noosa Heads
Described as: Lot 3 RP 101395

Please find attached application for consideration to be given to the Operational Works Permit (Verge &
Driveway) for the above application. The driveway does not comply with the Public Works Engineering
drafted plans RS - 049. The site is in a low density residential zone in the Noosa Shire.

The owner wish to access the property from Warana Street which is well below the height of the road
and so to access a steeper driveway is required.

Our client has been made aware of the requirements under the NOOSA PLAN and in this instance we
have been instructed to apply for the Operational Works Permit on their behalf.

The proposal seeks to achieve the outcomes of the respective Performance Outcomes of the NOOSA
PLAN and public works engineering plans and the following details are offered in support of this
assessment.

There is a Telstra pit at the front of the property and the driveway will have no impact on this
infrastructure. The proposed driveway will have no impact on the sewer infrastructure and can be easily
removed if remedial works are required.
