9.0 CONCLUSION

This Development Assessment Report has been prepared on behalf of David and Louise Hales to
support a Development Application for Operational Works (Prescribed Tidal Works) adjoining 37
Mossman Court, Noosa Heads (described as Lot 83 on N21847).

This report demonstrates the proposals compliance with the applicable state and local planning
provisions, including the following grounds:

       The proposal complies with requirements of the Prescribed Tidal Works Code and Council’s
        Code for development;
       The proposal is for private access to a moored vessel;
       The proposal is consistent with the amenity and size of existing maritime structures in the
        surrounding area; and
       The design of the structure is relevant to the proposed use.


Approval of the proposed works is warranted subject to reasonable and relevant conditions.
