    including across driveways, sections
    and joins;
(b) be easily maintained;
(c) have a width and longitudinal gradient
    to cater for projected usage;
(d) provide clear sight-lines for safe use;
    and
(e) be free of any obstructions such as
    fences, signage and bollards
