E - Engineering Code Assessment

SUMMARY

The proposed development requires assessment against the following Council codes as
part of a Development Application (codes found within Council’s Noosa Plan 2020
Planning Scheme):
      Existing Services Code
      Earthworks Code
      Transport Code
      Driveways and Car Parking Code
      Water Quality and Drainage Code
      Waste Management Code




We consider that the responses given adequately address the requirements for the
development site at the time the assessment was undertaken. If the development
proposal changes, the responses provided should be reviewed and revised as necessary.
