I refer to our previous correspondence below and the above application. 

 

Please see attached amended documentation including an existing clearing plan which demonstrates that no further clearing will result as a consequence of the changed dwelling design. 

 

The following documentation is provided in support of this development application:

*	Planning Act Form 5 
*	Cover Letter – Minor Change Application
*	Appendix A – Proposal Plans
*	Appendix B – Plan of Existing Clearing

 

Payment of the minor change application fee will be made upon Council issuing the relevant Tax Invoice.

 

We look forward to receiving confirmation of Council’s assessment fees in due course.

You need to demonstrate compliance with the koala regs as the plans are different to what was originally approved.
