Re application for extension change of use land - Objection on the basis of the following points.

The loss of community services space in area where there is  no room to reacquire those services
Associated issues of noise and unnecessary additional liquor sales when already these  services are already in close proximity
Removal of portions of public park
Issues with exiting and accessing australia post offices on a daily basis already unsafe entry exit
Loss of open space for more bitumen carparking
Monopolization by Single owner for over 70percent of area of junction shopping
