                  Notice of compliance with public notification requirements
                             Section 18.1 of the Developmenf Assessment Rules

ln accordance with section 18.1 of the Development Assessment Rules, l, Frith Amelia BROPHY, of
Advertising Contractors, of 36 ldolwood Street, Eastern Heights in the State of Queensland as the Agent for
the Applicant wish to advise that public notification for this development application was undertaken from
Monday, 1$h November 2A21to Tuesday, 7th December 2A21 in compliance with the requirements of section
17 and Schedule 3 of the Development Assessment Rules :-

I confirm the following public notification actions were undertaken for the above application:

       (a) the application was advertised in the'sunshine Coast Daily" newspaper on Friday, 12ft
               November 2A21;

       (b)    a notice in the prescribed form was posted on the relevant land between 1 1 .10pm and 't.00pm
              on Friday, 12th November 2021on the frontages to Eenie Creek Road, Walter Hay Drive,
              Hofmann Drive, Rene Street and Lake Weyba Drive, Noosaville; the signs were maintained for
              seventeen (17) business days untilWednesday, 8th December 2021, when they were
              removed; closing date for receipt of objections being the 7s December 2021; photographs of
              the public notice signs erected at the site and a sign location map are attached hereto as
              Appendix l;

       (c)     notice was served by registered mail on the owners of all lots adjoining the premises the
               subject of the application on Thursday, 1 1th November 2021, whose names and addresses are
               listed on the page attached hereto as Appendix ll;

       (d)    the page from the newspaper containing the public notice; a copy of the wording of the public
              notice erected on the land and a copy of the wording of the notice served by mail are attached
