I refer to your application and advise that Council requires further information to satisfactorily
assess the proposal.

2. INFORMATION REQUIRED
The information requested is set out below:
Issue
Condition 4 of the approved MCU20/0146 requires the development (including any
balcony/deck areas) must be setback a minimum of 30 metres from the Middle Creek
boundary. The OPW submitted Landscape Plan includes detail of the proposed dwellings
locations. One of the dwellings is situated on the 20m boundary with the other no detail of
distance included.
Information Required
1. Provide an amended Landscape Plan with the dwellings sited the required minimum
setback of 30 metres from the Middle Creek boundary as per MCU condition 4.
2. Include within the Landscape Plan noted distances of all building setbacks included
within the Landscape Plan meeting the MCU condition 4 requirements.
Issue
Submitted Plant Schedule (Sheet 4 of 6) shows potential errors in the Plant Schedule
headings. For example Plant Schedule 2 has a line below with Plant Schedule 3 and what
appears to be the Plant Schedule 3 planting from the advice plan provided 30 November 2021.

3. Review the Landscaping Plan package and ensure accuracy of detail. In particular the
Plant Schedule.
3. DUE DATE FOR RESPONSE TO INFORMATION REQUEST
The due date for providing the requested information is 16 May 2022. Email your response to
[email protected]. Please advise Council of your response to this information request
in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided
not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of
your application.
