Recommendations

Premise recommends:
 That the existing site access location on Lake Cooroibah Road be approved for construction of the
  Lakelands Eco Resort and ongoing access for the other site uses, including any driveway crossover
  upgrades required by Noosa Council (eg. widening and sealing).
 That this access point is utilised throughout the duration of construction and is to remain as the
  permanent site access point post-construction.
