19.5     Entire agreement
         This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties in connection
         with its subject matter and supersedes all previous agreements or understandings
         between the parties in connection with its subject matter.
19.6     Relationship
         (a)  The parties must not represent themselves, and must ensure that their
              officers, employees, agents and subcontractors do not represent themselves,
              as being an officer, employee, partner or agent of the other party, or as
              otherwise able to bind or represent the other party.
         (b)  This Agreement does not create a relationship of employment, agency or
               partnership between the parties.
19.7     Taxes, duties and government charges
         Each party bears its own obligations in relation to all taxes, duties and government
         charges imposed or levied in Australia or overseas in connection with this
         Agreement.
19.8     Disclosure of information
         Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Project Sponsor
         consents to the Service Provider disclosing information about this Agreement,
         including Personal Information, to an Agency where such information is required to
         be reported by that Agency.
19.9     Governing law and jurisdiction
         This Agreement is governed by the law of Queensland and each party irrevocably
         and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the
         Queensland.
