Recitals
A. The Australian Government's Plan for a Cleaner Environment is central to the
Government's vision for a stronger Australia.
B. A key component of this plan is the Green Army Programme to build teams of
young Australians to undertake a range of environmental and heritage projects.
C. The Project Sponsor has been approved to receive support under the Programme.
D. The Service Provider has agreed to assist the Australian Government in the
delivery of the Programme, including by entering into this Agreement with the
Project Sponsor.
E. In consideration for receiving support under the Programme, the Project Sponsor
has agreed to perform the Project in accordance with the terms and conditions set
out in this Agreement.
