 {5       Site Meetings
 Timing and method of Site meetings or progress discussions to be held between Project
 Sponsor (or their representative) and the Team Supervisor.

 The Project Sponor representative (Bushland Care Program Coordinator) will meet with the
 Team Supervisor at least once per week, and / or at the start of works at each site.
