Development application for Development Permit for Material Change of Use –
Multiple Housing Type 4 (Conventional- 16 units) located at 30 - 32 Doonella Street,
Tewantin (Council reference: MCU15/0053)

I, Mick Sheppard, have undertaken the following public notification actions in
accordance with the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 with respect to the above
application:

       Published a notice in the Noosa News on 28 August 2015;
       Placed two notices on the land in the way prescribed under a regulation on
        30 August 2015; and
       Notified the owners of all land adjoining the site by letters express posted on
        26 August 2015.
