 RE: Application for a Development Permit for Reconfiguration of Lots by Boundary Realignment (3 Lots into 3 Lots) and
 the Establishment of an Access Easement on land described as Lot 4 on RP72903, Lot 4 on RP77225 and Lot 2 on
 RP72903, situated at 4 – 6 Hay Street and 51 Ward Street, Tewantin QLD 4565.

In accordance with section 32 of the Development Assessment Rules, please be advised I am stopping the following
current period:

 Assessment Manager’s Decision Period to allow sufficient time to respond to Council’s Request for Further Advice, as
 issued by Council on the 1 October 2021.


This current period will be stopped for the following period:

 20 Business Days, commencing on the 1 October 2021, stopped until the 1 November 2021, and recommencing on the
 2 November 2021.


Upon giving this notice, the number of business days remaining in the cumulative period under section 32.6(b) of the
Development Assessment Rules is:

 110 business days remaining of the total 130 business days.
