A. Note the report by the Property Advisor to the General Committee dated 12 May 2026 regarding
   the Commercial High Use Permits tender assessment and consequential policy amendment;
B. Authorise the CEO to Issue five-year Commercial High Use permits commencing 1 July 2026 to
   the following recommended permittees:
