RE: Fee Reduction Request – Other Change to 12637 DA to include Group Farm Stay
Accommodation (Undefined Use) & Associated Supporting Infrastructure situated at 59 Kabi
Road, Cootharaba QLD 4565 (Lot 394 on M371117, Lot 650 on M37380 and Lot 7 on
RP216403)

This letter accompanies an application for an Impact assessable development for an Other Change
at 59 Kabi Road, Cootharaba. The applicant has paid the applicable fees of $96,031.

The application is made on behalf of CYC, which is a not for profit entity that does not have a
liquor licence. In this regard, we attach the following a documents:

    •   Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission – Registration
    •   Certificate of Tax Exemptions
    •   ATO Endorsement as an Income Exempt Charity

As a result, the proposal should be considered for a 50% reduction in application fees in accordance
with the General Fees and Charges Schedule reproduced below:




As a result of applying the reductions above, we calculate the fees to be $48,015. This fee reflect
the assessment for this type of application for a Not For Profit entity.
