Garden Bed Type 1 (GB1) Internal grade typical, garden bed - natural ground. 300mm depth amended site or
imported topsoil to specification, cover with 100mm thick Organic Forest Chip Mulch, refer
to detail CD-900. Include ameliorant's as listed in the landscape specification notes
Garden Bed Type 2 (GB2) For Podium planter with specified soil mix and mulch cover Organic Forest Chip Mulch. Refer to
Podium CD-900 for typical detail and specification notes for specific podium requirements
Garden Bed Type 3 (GB3) For Scotts Osmocote® Professional - Premium Potting Mix to indoor planters. Ensure the inside
Pot Planters of planters are waterproofed, place Organic Forest Chip Mulch to allow for suggested pots
plants to spread and casacade over pot edge
Stone Cladding (SC1) Stone cladding to raised garden beds, matching that on Hastings Street. Brick infill rock
faced wall 'Prophet' rock <300mm Colour: Grey/tan Mortar: Grey Supplier: Prophet Gold

Waterproofing to all raised Apply Sika One K to the insides of all raised planter, Minimum thickness per coat is 2-3mm
planters and apply 2-3 coats to manufacturers recommendations and specification.
Turf (T1) A Grade Empire Zoysia, refer to details and landscape specification notes
Garden Edging (EG-1) Aluminium Link Edge - Heavy Duty, 100mm profile, pinned and fixed as per manufacturers
recommendations. Allow for corner joining pieces as per manufacturers recommendations.
Raw Aluminium finish only.
Tile Type 1 (TL-01) 800 x 400 x 20mm 'Fallow' Granite tile exfoliated from 'Eco Outdoor'. All granite tiles/pavers
are be glued onto a concrete base and sealed with 2 coats of CCS 'Natural Supreme
Penetrating Sealer'. Grout colour to be confirmed. 1 PL1 - 900mm MEDIUM U BOWL 2 PL2 - 700mm LOW U BOWL 3 PL3 - 1200mm TALL U BOWL

Paving Type 5 (P5) Park Road Frontage, make good and reinstate disrupted concrete to match existing.
Contacted Noosa Council for specific mix but this is not referenced on file. Site inspection to
determine colour of aggregate with concrete rep. Colour of concrete along boardwalk
intersections - CCS chocolate. However, all colours and aggregates must be confirmed and
matched on site prior to construction. Approval from Architect and Landscape Architect
must also occur.
Steppers Type 1 (ST1) 1200 x 300 x 40mm Fallow Paver, laid on a concrete wetbed and surrounded by turf as per
the landscape plan. Refer to landscape detail. Seal granite pavers with 2 coats of CCS
'Natural Supreme Penetrating Sealer'.
Typical Pot Planters -(PL1, Quatro Design Pots, made to order in Murwillumbah in northern New South Wales. Colour
PL2, PL3) to be confirmed. Range of sizes to choose from. Typical sizes to be included within design
scope: 700mm LOW U BOWL, 900mm MEDIUM U BOWL, 1200 TALL U BOWL. All planters to
be have waterproofing and drainage aids directed to nearest drainage point as well as
having the option for feet to allow them to be moved from time to time for maintenance
purposes.
Trellis Type 1 (TR1) Refer to architects drawing for elevation [Eastern Elevation] dwg. no 19021 CD30.11. Marine
grade stainless steel horizontal wires to be installed onto Architects detailed aluminium
battens. Ensure all stainless steel wire including additional turnbuckles, eyebolts and fixings
are marine grade. Horizontal wires must be no more than 250mm apart.
Trellis Type 2 (TR2) Refer to architects drawing for elevation [Eastern Elevation] dwg. no 19021 CD30.11. Marine
grade stainless steel horizontal wires to be installed onto Architects detailed aluminium
battens. Ensure all stainless steel wire including additional turnbuckles, eyebolts and fixings
