14 > Conclusion

It is proposed to provide a new water property connection to the existing water main in Bottlebrush
Avenue to service a lot. The existing property connection and meter service will be abandoned in
accordance with Unitywater requirement.

It is proposed to provide a new sewer property connection to the existing main located within site to
service a lot.

The proposed multi-residential development will be accessed via new individual crossovers to NSC
standard drawings, off Bottlebrush Avenue. The driveways will be constructed as per Noosa council and
Australian Standard requirement.

The proposed development will require earthworks to provide the development requirements and allow
for stormwater discharge to Bottlebrush Avenue. All earthworks undertaken on site will be compliant with
all relevant Australian Standards.

As no excavation is proposed to expose subsoil at or below RL 5.0m, the development would not be
subject to the State Planning Policy July 2017 and consequently there is no requirement for an Acid
Sulfate Soil investigation to be undertaken as part of the Development Application.

The development will be serviced for electricity and telecommunications via new connections to the
existing overhead and underground infrastructure in Bottlebrush Avenue.

There are no gas mains in the vicinity of the site, if gas is required to service the development, APA will
need to be contacted to arrange a connection.
