Please find attached a copy of the request made to Noosa Shire Council under section 82 of the Planning Act 2016 (“Planning Act”) for an “other change” application to include a car wash component within the development approval over land at 28 Eenie Creek Road, Noosaville (Lot 3 on SP246584) – existing development approval for Shire Business Centre – Stage 1. I have attached the following:

•         A cover letter to Energex regarding the referral of the application;

•         A copy of the application package (in three parts) lodged with Noosa Shire Council on 15 December 2017; and

•         A copy of the Confirmation Notice from Noosa Shire Council dated 8 January 2018.
